Alana is the founder of the DRC Foundation, a foundation whose goal is to reach out to and connect with families who have been touched by Traumatic Brain Injury. The Foundation’s mission is to bring moments of hope, comfort, encouragement, and friendship to these families.
Alana is currently earning her BA degree from University of Phoenix in marketing & business development. She created her company, Accounts In Black, in 1996 and has 20+ years as a small business consultant. She has guided many companies through all levels of needed expansion in the areas of marketing/promotion/branding, fundraising, business plans & loans.
Alana’s previous board experience includes serving the Community Leadership Institute – Hyannis, MA, the Political Action Committee – Hyannis MA, the Head Start Program – Barnstable, MA, and the Finance/Grants/Family Access & Outreach program.
