D’Juan, who prefers to be called DJ, is an employment consultant for Highline Community College. He provides individualized job development, job readiness instruction, and person-centered planning support to assist in identifying appropriate career paths. He arranges meaningful internships to assist in identifying potential job matches through community based vocational assessments while maintaining working knowledge of each student’s support needs to assist them in accessing community resources.
DJ also serves as a Direct Support Professional for Northwest Center helping to promote the growth, development and independence of people with disabilities through programs of therapy, education and employment opportunity.
DJ matriculated from Wayne County Community College with an AA Degree in Business Management with emphasis in case management.
