Dear NHS Parents/Guardians, Board Members, Staff, and Faculty:
The NHS Board of Directors is busy getting ready for our open Annual Membership
Meeting. All members of the NHS organization (those receiving this letter) are invited to
attend the Annual Meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to elect new board members for open positions, report on
the state of the school, and answer questions. There will also be a Town Hall style
segment of the meeting where I will encourage attendees to share their experiences

with the school!
We are actively seeking candidates now. Please review attachments A & B to
understand the roles and needs of the board. While you are able to nominate someone
the day of the Annual Membership Meeting (just before the meeting is called to order), I
am asking that you submit all nominations by May 11th. Doing so will allow us to be
better prepared for the meeting and have a chance to invite all nominated individuals.
