Grant is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for using behavior analytic strategies to improve the lives of children and adults.

Grant holds an MS Degree in Teaching with a Special Education Endorsement and a post-Master’s Certificate in Behavior Analysis. For the past eight years he has worked for Rehab Without Walls located in Lynnwood, WA. He currently serves as the company’s Director of Clinical Management and supervises an early intervention ABA clinic. During the winter months he fulfills the role of head wrestling coach at Mountlake Terrace High school.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls. His interests include fishing, hiking, writing, watching movies, and supporting the Seattle Seahawks. Future goals include writing a book and owning a non-profit. As a member of the New Horizon School’s Board of Directors he is committed to ensuring that its students experience optimal social and developmental outcomes. He is also a firm believer that service is both a responsibility and a privilege.
